WHAT TO EXPECT

You and your family should expect to come to a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are more than a doctors office. We are a Tribe. We are a Lifestyle. We are a Movement. Expect to be listened to. Expect to have your questions answered. Expect to have a doctor and staff who genuinely care for yours and your family’s health. Expect to have an old idea of a doctor who knows and cares for your family become new again.

Prior to your first visit, we ask that you complete your new patient paperwork in full. The more information we have about your health history, the more we can help, and therefore we ask that you take your time filling it out with as much detail as you see fit.

Your First Visit

We want you to hold the reins when it comes to your health. At our New Patient Orientation, we’ll give you and your family all of the information you need to succeed as patients, make outstanding health decisions, and get the most out of your care. We find that the patients who have attended this orientation heal faster because they have a better grasp on this world of wellness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On your 2nd visit to our office Dr. Nathan will meet with you and go over all of your results of your examination. This day is refereed to as your Report of Findings. This is also the time where we encourage you to ask any and all questions you may have.

During the Report of Findings Dr. Nathan will explain the results of the nervous system scans that we performed. The scans have 2-3 components depending on what was done, and each will be explained and related yo your specific health issues or challenges. These scans are the most important piece as you will be re-scanned on a very specific schedule in order to document and track functional improvements.

It is very important to us that you have a good understanding of what is going on with your spine and central nervous system, so again questions will be taken throughout the entire Report of Findings and they are encouraged.

To finish up we will go over the details of your care plan and answer any and all questions you may have. Most care plans consist of three phases, and those will be explained. If any additional consultation, examinations, referrals, or any other form of additional testing is recommended, we will go over those as well.

Once your report is finished, you will then be taken to an adjusting room for your first adjustment.

Don’t Just Survive...But THRIVE!

Making the old idea of a dedicated family doctor new again.
